Walhampton Parents' Association (WPA) Overview
The Walhampton Parents Association is a group of volunteer parents who run events and activities for our school community. These aim to foster relationships amongst parents, children and staff alike as well as having lots of fun! Many of our events also raise money for charities or the School’s wish list.
Last academic year we raised over £41,000 and from this we were able to fund an extension to the DT room, new floodlights for the Sports astro pitches, a new set of keyboards for the music department, horse jumping poles, and an outdoor chess set. £28,000 was also donated to Naomi’s House and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight air ambulance. Our charities for 2024/2025 will be changing as the children discuss and pick new charities to support.

The WPA only exists and runs due to parent volunteers and supporters. Please do get involved - there are lots of ways that you can support the WPA.
Come to our events!
Donate items to our charity auctions. We hold a large silent auction each year and are always looking for generous donations of items or services of value. Click here to see last years auction which raised £9000.
Join our volunteer list which we use to help support events. Emails will be sent before each event to ask for volunteers.
Join the committee if you would like to take a bigger role and organise/lead events
