Summer Holidays Camp 

Our Funseekers holiday camp will be running for children in Nursery to Year 8 from 7 July to 22 August 2025, Mondays to Fridays. For any queries please contact funseekers@walhampton.com. If parents need to contact Funseekers on the day please use the following numbers:

Adventurers: Nursery to Year 1 Timetable

Nursery to Year One:

Each day will feature a variety of exciting activities that change daily from 8.30am to 4.00pm, including:

• Foraging adventures

• Art studio creativity

• Outdoor learning & pony care

• Crafting & planting

• Tree climbing & pond dipping

• Cooking & story time

• Free play and rest

In addition to our varied planned activities, we always follow the unique interests and needs of each child, ensuring a personalised experience. Healthy morning and afternoon snacks will be provided daily to keep your child energised.

Drop-off and pick-up: Pre-Prep

Explorers: Year 2 to Year 8 Timetable

Timetable for the weeks: Running 8.30am to 4.30pm, a variety of rotating activities and trips are planned for the holiday period including but not limited to water fun, swimming, cooking classes (8th, 9th, 10th, 14th, 16th and 17th July), chocolate workshops (Tuesdays and Thursdays starting the week of 21st July), outdoor play, scavenger hunts, team games, forest walks, beach days, Moors Valley, indoor sports, and much more! Please be aware that Explorers camp will not be running the week of 4th to 8th August. If you would like your Year 2 child to attend camp as an Adventurer (in Pre-Prep) rather than an Explorer in the Prep School please just let us know on the sign up form. 

Off-site trip days:

• Friday, July 11th: Moors Valley

• Friday, July 18th: Hiking and picnic in the forest (Blackwater Woods)

• Friday, July 25th: Beach Day (Milford or Lepe)

• Friday, August 1st: Hiking and picnic in the forest (Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary)

• Friday, August 15th: Solent Sea Wall Walk

• Friday, August 22nd: Hiking and picnic in the forest (Wilverly Inclosure)

In case of poor weather, we will have indoor games such as basketball, dodgeball, badminton and the human knot challenge. 

Please provide a packed lunch and snacks (nut free).

Drop-off and pick-up: Explorers are signed-in and picked-up from the Main Front Hall. 

Pricing
(All entry fees, and workshops are included in the price for camp)

Adventurers/Pre-Prep years: 

• 1-9 days: £60 per day

• 10-18 days: £55 per day

• 19+ days: £50 per day

Explorers/Prep years:

• 1-9 days: £50 per day

• 10-18 days: £45 per day

• 19+ days: £40 per day

• Same  day sibling sign-ups: second child is given a 20% discount, third child is given a 40% discount

• Fee will be applied for late pick-up

• Payment will be required in advance to secure your place via bank transfer (details shared upon booking confirmation). We also accept childcare vouchers. VAT does not apply to camp prices.

What to bring (all days):

• Water bottle

• Sun screen and sun hat on sunny days

• Light jacket

• Wellies or a change of shoes for outdoor play

• Small back pack to carry items while out on day trips 

• Swim suit and towel for swimming days- Explorers only

• Change of clothes for water day play and towel- Explorers only

• A wholesome, nut-free packed lunch. To keep them energised throughout the day. Healthy morning and afternoon snacks are provided for our Adventurers children.
