Winter Holiday Camp  

Our Funseekers holiday camp will be running for children in Nursery to Year 8 from 15 to 19 December 2025, Monday to Friday. Non-Walhampton pupils (Year 2-8) are welcome to join our Explorers camp. Adventurers: Nursery to Year 1 Timetable - 8.30am to 4.00pm

Nursery to Year One:

Each day will feature a variety of exciting activities that change daily from 8.30am to 4.00pm, including:

• Foraging adventures

• Lego and Kapala 

• Crafting

• Tree climbing

• Free play and rest

• Storytelling

In addition to our varied planned activities, we always follow the unique interests and needs of each child, ensuring a personalised experience. Healthy morning and afternoon snacks will be provided daily to keep your child energised.

Drop-off and pick-up: Pre-Prep

Explorers: Year 2 to Year 8 Timetable - 8.30am to 4.30pm

Timetable for the weeks: Running 8.30am to 4.30pm, a variety of rotating activities and trips are planned for the holiday period including but not limited to outdoor play, scavenger hunts, team games, forest walks, Moors Valley, indoor sports, and much more! If you would like your Year 2 child to attend camp as an Adventurer (in Pre-Prep) rather than an Explorer in the Prep School please just let us know on the sign up form. 

In addition to our regular schedule of activities, Explorers will participate in the following workshops/sessions/trips on the following days:

• Monday, Dec 15th: Trip to Paultons Park (Limited availability, supplemental £12) 

• Tuesday, Dec 16th : Chocolate Workshop 1 with Miss Witt

• Wednesday, Dec 17th: Christmas Crafts

• Thursday, Dec 18th: Chocolate Workshop 2 with Miss Witt

• Friday, Dec 19th : Trip to Moors Valley 

In case of poor weather, we will have indoor games such as basketball, dodgeball, badminton and the human knot challenge. 

Please provide a packed lunch and snacks (nut free).

Drop-off and pick-up: Explorers are signed-in and picked-up from the Main Front Hall. 

Pricing
(All entry fees, and workshops are included in the price for camp)

Adventurers (Nursery to Year 1): 

• 1-3 days: £60 per day

• 4+ days: £55 per day

Explorers (Year 2 to Year 8):

• 1-3 days: £50 per day

• 4+ days: £45 per day

• Same  day sibling sign-ups: second child is given a 20% discount, third child is given a 40% discount

• Fee will be applied for late pick-up

• Payment will be required in advance to secure your place via bank transfer (details shared upon booking confirmation). We also accept childcare vouchers. VAT does not apply to camp prices.

What to bring (all days):

• Water bottle

• Jacket (heavy, light, waterproof dependent upon the weather)

• Wellies or a change of shoes for outdoor play

• Small back pack to carry items while out on day trips - Explorers only

• A wholesome, nut-free packed lunch. To keep them energised throughout the day, healthy morning and afternoon snacks are provided for our Adventurers children only. Explorers please bring additional snacks to keep you going throughout the day.
